Eckford Chong were appointed by a professional couple with 3 children relocating from their family home in London to Bath.

The clients purchased a 1980's 3 bed detached house which required modernisation which was achieved with extensive interior alterations with the addition of a rear kitchen extension and a side extension at first floor over a converted garage. The rooms upstairs were reconfigured with the addition of a new en-suite bathroom and dressing room to serve the master bedroom.

ECD provided architectural services throughout the process to guide the couple to a preferred design and successfully received planning in Spring 2015. We went on to provide detailed and technical designs for a selection of contractors to tender.
