Extensions and alterations to a late victorian property located in a conservation area on a quiet residential street in Queens Park, West London.
The works included the complete overhaul of the outdated interior including a loft extension and rear kitchen extension providing much needed additional space.
Designed, managed, constructed and finished by Eckford Chong, enabled us to overcome multiple unforeseen circumstances such as rising damp, rotten floor joists and un supported chimney breasts with responses as and when the issues became known.
All design was developed with careful consideration to the client's specific needs. All consents were in place including planning permission and party wall agreements before undertaking the construction work which was completed in Autumn 2010.
